This framework was created for people working within a Retail environment, the framework would best suit someone who is a general assistant however it does cover a wide variety of units so someone who is in a specialist role can also benefit.

The main aim of the framework is to develop peoples skills, knowledge and an understanding to carry out their job role in turn this will help them to progress in to a more senior role within the industry. The average annual wage will increase by £5,000 when a employee develops skills and moves to a more supervisory role.

  • Styles advisor (stylist, personal shoppers)
