Customer Service Apprenticeship

This is one of the apprenticeships we have available, and it has proved to be very popular as the Customer Service can be embedded into many different fields. This is a fully funded apprenticeship and has proved to be valuable in gaining skills and knowledge in dealing with customers, it also helps with career progression as it's another nationally recognised qualification.

The Customer Service Framework was designed the meet the criteria of employers of all sizes and different sectors. It is ideal to either up skill current staff as part of their job role or develop a business by recruiting new staff.

Customer Service apprenticeships can address any skills gaps a company may be experiencing, tasks to be undertaken in the apprenticeship will depend entirely on what level the apprentice is employed at. 

Here is a list on the mandatory units which the apprentice will have to complete along with other optional units:

- Delivery of effective customer service

- Supporting the customer service environment

- Communicate using customer service language 

- Follow the rules to deliver customer service 

The combined qualification is made up of 45 Credits.

The Level 3 Customer Service qualification is made up of 55 Credits.
